Collector Notes:

This Boston Edition (sometimes attributed to the Aldine or Colonial Press) was typically issued in ten volumes, combining Thackeray’s major novels and essay collections. The current grouping retains seven volumes—covering his most beloved works, including The Virginians, Henry Esmond, Barry Lyndon, and The Newcomes. The missing three volumes primarily contained early sketches and Christmas stories.

Only one set available. A well-preserved example suitable for collectors of Victorian literature or for display in a fine private library.
