This is a book every person who ever wanted to cook on a grill should own. Every recipe is delicious, and healthy. Over the past several years, I have made every recipe. If I thought it was just ok, someone at the table thought it was perfect. My favorite, the salmon/swordfish yakatori. The sauce I have used on numerous other dishes. If you like to grill, this is the book you must have. It's out of print, so it's a real bargain, I have bought over 12 of these books for friends.
