This is a lovely book for all ages. The rhyme makes it fun and easy for young readers to recite while using wonderful word choices and not “dumbing down” the vocabulary. This is a sweet story with gentle characters and phenomenally detailed, richly colored pictures. I loved this book and read it as a child… now I’m reading it to my daughter and I still enjoy it.
